REFUND POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy
In accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws of the United Arab
Emirates, returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases where the product
has a manufacturing defect or damage present at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, customers must notify us within [48 hours /
2 days] of receiving the item, provide proof of purchase together with clear photos
of the defect and send it via email to chateque.chateque@gmail.com

Items will not be eligible for return or exchange in the following cases:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Products that have been used, damaged by misuse, altered, or not kept in
their original condition and packaging

Once the defect is confirmed by our quality control team, we will offer, at our
discretion, a replacement, repair, or refund in compliance
with UAE Consumer Protection regulations.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet
the conditions stated above.
